I am an economist at the Inter-American Development Bank, working in the Knwoledge Team of the Water and Sanitation Division. My research focuses on infrastructure and development economics, with particular interest in how resource scarcity affects economic inequality in developing countries. Before joining the IDB, I completed my Ph.D. at Northwestern University.
